What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, what vehicle you're shopping for, your budget range, and your timeline. If you contact us by phone, text, or social media, we keep the contact information and details you share about your vehicle search.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule your discovery call, and provide our car-buying consulting services — including researching vehicles, contacting dealerships on your behalf, and managing your deal. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our secure customer database (hosted by Supabase) and may also be delivered to our business email. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Analytics & advertising
We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) that set cookies to measure how visitors find and use our site. These tools receive standard usage data (pages viewed, device type); they do not receive the contents of your form submissions from us.
Sharing with clients' permission
With a client's explicit permission, we may share anonymized deal results on social media (first name and last initial only — never contact information).
Your choices
